Pantone Colours/Matching your Outfit
We are able to provide pantone colours for the majority of our designs including the classicist series, please email figandfernuk@gmail.com if you wish to view these.

Pre-Ordering
Please keep in mind that our designs are produced in limited quantities. We open a pre-order window for one to two weeks (may close earlier) to allow you to secure your favorite scarves. After this period, we get to work, crafting your scarves, a process that takes 7-8 weeks. Please note that we might not have stock of your preferred designs if you don't order during the one to two-week window. Delivery for release 3 is May 2024

Returns
We accept returns only for scarves that fall under the "Plains" style category. Additionally, the age of the scarf, its seasonal nature, and the date of purchase are essential factors in determining return and credit value eligibility. Please note that refunds are provided in the form of store credit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our return policy.
